You can get into touch with the placement officials through these email ids ,as in if you are company looking for jobs or a student looking for projects in the top colleges these are the email ids which can direct you.
these are the email ids of placement heads of various colleges.Companies can approach for jobs and students can apply for projects through these email ids .
each college has different admission tests while IIT has a cut off mark around 190 which keeps on changing the other colleges have individual tests which you must qualify to get an admission.
The admission for IIT has a separate exam whose cutoff is around 190 marks on average and keeps on changing.
The other institutions in the list have separate entrance tests of their own.
The cut off for NITs would also be around marks for a good branch
